i've been stuck in the middle of a series for an eternity...and i'm about to set it aside and move to my next projects. so the key series is now officially in a state of "to be continued".
new works are on the way. despite the fact that i've not submitted works in some rediculous amount of time, i have been creating....so sit tight...i shall be uploading in the next day or so.
steadily working on my silly myspace page too...so if the moon is full and the mood is right you might find me there.

trying to get music to play in the background of your myspace page is a real pain in the ass! so if you check it out and it doesn't work let me know. but i think i got it working. ..though you may have to have quicktime to hear it.
i also have a myspace music page i'm slowly getting ready to upload music (i've created) to...and yes...i make music. so i'll keep you all informed as that progresses to a state where you can actually go and take a listen to melorah's musical ramblings.
i'm learning to create web pages too...so in the not-too-distant future i will have a dedicated web page of works and words.
lots of things in the works, you see
i didn't do as much as i'd have liked last year....so this year i'm practically on fire! stay tuned.
the doll facts:
tanjee miette is a blythe doll (all-gold-in-one; about 12 inches tall)
mizz eden is a volks super dollfie (nono: pureskin; about 22 inches tall)
matildha (introduced as Rage in the key series and sneaking around in the scraps area as the model for 'dark sweet lillie ensemble') is a serendipity doll originally called 'nightmare sharmin' made in south korea...she's about 16 inches tall (mini super dollfie size) and she takes my breath away periodically.
audrah is a tiny version of dollfie, classified as 'dollfie plus- 27cm'.
many other dolls featured come from craft stores and some are pieced together from other dolls....some dollies are barbie-style dolls who've been given a major make-over...some dollies come from estate sales, flee markets, antique malls, garage sales or even thrift stores. but note: america's thrift stores are running dangerously low on dollies. help save the dollie population by never throwing a doll away bring it to a charity damnit!!!
dollie makeovers:
also...if you have a dollie that you think is in dire need of a melorah-make-over....just email me at melorah666@yahoo.com...base fee is $20 plus $5 for shipping. no dollie would be turned away...unless is over three feet tall..big dollies are a whole different basket of apples... i do make doll clothing too and periodically these gems turn up on ebay. my ebay i.d. is madameraquel7gxe...check it out. currently i'm only making clothing for super dollfie and another doll that's roughly the size of a mini-super-dollfie called serendipity sharmin (nightmare edition)...keep in mind that she's a bit leaner in the waist than a mini s.d....so don't rush to order a dress from me w/out measuring your dollie first. ..matildha measurements are: bust 6", waist 5", hips 7", shoulders 8" and height 16". in the next few months i may begin making stuff for blythe...we'll see. blythe dollies are just so teenie tiny. sewing clothing of the super tiny can be a logistics pain in the ass!!
...only taking commissions for ensembles that you may see in my scraps area. availability also dictated by whether or not i still have or can find the fabrics & embellishments used for a particular ensemble. inquire if curious...turn around time on commissions is about two weeks.
storyline factoids:
storylines and dialog you see here are original from my own brain. .
about my art and music...particularly c.d. art and art concept for inlay cards and such....
please email me if you are interested in my art... i commonly say yes to requests to use my work as c.d. art and such...with only the smallest amount of legal rangling anything is possible....
cameras used: i'm currently going back and forth between a manual pentax k-1000 (various lenses and filters), a digital cam hp photosmart 318 camera (6.8 mm lense) & a canon powershot/ a95/ 5.0 mega pixels/ lens specs: 7.8-23.4mm, 1:2.8 - 4.9/ ZOOM- 3X. i'm REEEEALY favoring my digi cam due to the instant gratification that comes from not having to pay and waite for photo developing.
i'm a big fan of photoshop too...if you hadn't noticed.
